Students Inter-Generational Art to Protect Nature

Photo of children in wooded area smiling and pointing up at something in the sky or trees.

The Sauk Trail Elementary School won a grant from American Girl and created works of art to reflect changes over time in the environment.  This inter-generational project was also influenced by senior citizens' anecdotes. An exhibit of these beautiful works will be at the library starting the evening of August 25.

A chocolate treat from Sjolind's Chocolate House will be enjoyed by all who attend! And one lucky winner will find a golden ticket at the program. This ticket will be good for a tour of Sjolind's Chocolate House in Mt. Horeb, including a personal demonstration of how they make their amazing and delicious chocolates!
