Support the Library!
The Monona Public Library depends upon devoted patrons of all ages to help us serve the public. From helping us get materials on the shelves as a Volunteer, to raising funds for key Library projects as a member of the Friends of the Library, or contributing to the long-term financial health of the Library by contributing to the Library Foundation, there are numerous ways you can help make your Library an even greater place!

Volunteers
The Library depends on volunteers to help prepare new books for the shelves and to repair damaged materials. Help us get our materials ready in a timely manner! Contact Erick Plumb at 608-222-6127 if you can volunteer time on a regular basis. See the Volunteers page for much more information!

Teen Volunteers
Youth in grades 6 to 12 are invited to apply for a position as a Teen Volunteer for the summer library program. TVs help with the reading activities, performances, storytimes, craft programs, games and contests, decorating, etc. Teen Volunteers will be invited to special young teen parties and will receive prizes and letters of recommendation at the end of the summer. The program is sponsored by The Friends of the Monona Public Library.
