Community Table

Portage Public Library is co-hosting, along with Columbia County UW-Extension, a free lunch program for anyone 18 and under. 

Lunch is served Monday through Thursday, from 11:30 am- 1:00 pm, and will run until August 14.

The only requirement is that lunches must be eaten in the library. No reservations needed.

All books must be checked out at the front desk.  If you do not have a library card one will be issued ONLY if you have a valid picture ID or some other form of identification that has your name & current address.  Some exceptions apply (Marquette County).  If you have any questions, see Youth Services Librarian, Mrs. Foster.

The Portage High School Art Club

has started a mural in the Teen Space. The mural features a characters, titles, and themes from numerous classic books. Be sure to stop in & look for Hedwig! ---The Mural is done!! Take a look below.
