Mark Moran is a former senior editor of Antiques and Collectibles Books for Krause Publications in Iola, Wis. He has also been a contributing editor for Antique Trader magazine and a guest expert on the PBS series Antiques Roadshow. He is the author or co-author of more than 25 books on antiques and collectibles, including the 800-page annual Warman's Antiques & Collectibles, now in its 45th edition.

Author, singer, storyteller, educator, Stuart Stotts will present his multi-media performance "Eldervoices: A Celebration of Aging in America". The performance is humorous, touching and participatory, and offers powerful and heart-opening insight into aging in our culture.

Mike and Myrna Kelley will present "Grandma's Aprons" the history of aprons and the stories behind them, through photos and folklore. Attendees are welcome to bring their own apron and share their story.

Join fellow readers for a facilitated discussion of Barbara Kingsolver's highly acclaimed "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life". Copies of the book along with a discussion guide are available at the library.

Lizzie Kander and her Cookbook

Author Bob Kann shares tales from his book, "A Recipe for Success: Lizzie Kander and her Cookbook" which celebrates the life of Milwaukee's early 20th century culinary wonder, who assisted many young Jewish immigrant girls learn to cook American style.

Join local children's author Katie Godfrey for a reading and signing of her book, "Sweety Finds Her Family". Sample tasty treats as Katie reads about Sweety the Sweet Potato's journey across the farm.

Library will be holding a fundraising sale of thousands of adult and children fiction
and nonfiction books in hardcover and paperback.
Funds raised will benefit the library. Book donations accepted at the library.
