Upcoming Events:
Mary Kay Baum will be doing a presentation in the Community room about "The Art of Living with Alzheimer's Disease" on September 11 from 10 AM -12 PM. This Friends' Sponsored event, will explain how Baum was diagnosed with mild cognitive disease (most likely early onset Alzheimer's disease) and the journey that put her on. Mary Kay's knowledge about dementia is vast. She and her sister, Chris, have been diagnosed and both have shown improvement as they incorporate exercise, supplements, appropriate medication, therapy, and more into their lives, Almost once a week Mary Kay speaks to groups -- and we are fortunate to have her here on September 11.
