If you have a specific operations problem with a network service such as
LINKcat or Internet access, you should contact the SCLS Automation office.
The office is staffed nearly every hour that LINK libraries are open, and
our primary goal is to keep your services working all the time. See Contacting
the Automation Office.
If you have a general question about normal operations or LINK's current
plans for improving network services to libraries, you might find the information
you need here in this online documentation, or in one of the printed manuals
available at your location. You are still encouraged to contact the Automation
office if you don't see what you need here, if you need further clarification,
or if you simply need guidance in accessing these information resources.
