• Traditional Reference

  • First Search is a fee based reference database. It provides access to many sources, but you will need an account and password. There will be a demo of this on Thursday, March 14 following the LINK meeting.

  • UnCover is and "online delivery service, a table of contents database, and a keyword index to 17,000 periodicals. This site starts out as a web page, but defaults to text only. (There is a note about PUN - Personal Uncover Navigator) but no directions on how to get it. There is an FAQ file to answer your questions.

  • Webster's Dictionary Online is just what you think it is.

  • Roget's Thesaurus, a gopher based resource.

  • Shakespeare OnLine

  • Bartlett's Quotations OnLine
